As it's drawing closer and closer to the end of 2009, how are the DBSK boys doing in terms of being able to actually continue their musical careers?
Even with the light that a clip of their new Japanese single "Break Out" gave, things are still looking murky for the 5 as the situation is getting stickier by the day.
This announcement was perceived by some as an "open defiance" of SM and further news reports on the matter stated that the three would be attending as individuals and not a group. It only means that the MAMAs would be part of their 'solo activities' which SM or their contracts have no control over.
Then news about CreBeau, the cosmetic company Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu were involve with, would be suing the three for fraud started spreading. SM and DBSK's representative insists that "This is just a unilateral allegation, there are no problems in terms of legal issues."
Although CreBeau have submitted documents to a court in China, there have been no further developments regarding the apparent lawsuit.
The most recent piece of news about the band is that SM forged signatures of Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu for the documents confirming the band's Shenzen concert. Someone other than the three (name still unknown) reportedly signed the papers in lieu of the them AND without their knowledge. Apparently it was agreed upon when the 3 filed the lawsuit that they would do all activities scheduled beforehand - the concert in Shenzen wasn't one of those activities.
This isn't the first time the Shenzen concert has been under fire - reports a few days back state that tickets for the concert were put on sale before SM had gotten any permission from the Chinese government.
Just a few hours ago, SM started uploading DBSK videos on their official YouTube channel. This is strange after they failed to credit DBSK as one of the featured artists on "Show Me Your Love," their collaboration with Super Junior for Christmas 2005. Videos currently uploaded on the channel are "Hug" (Korean version), "My Little Princess" and an acapella version of "My Little Princess>"
With all this fuss over DBSK and that one lawsuit they filed months back that has turned into a complete roller coaster SM, the band and fans, what do you guys think?

~ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH~
I don't think we've seen any SM Entertainment drama quite like this. Makes me wonder if there's more to the previous dramas as well.
Forgery? Fraud? oh man, H.O.T. has nothing on these boys now.
PS. ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH!!!
PLEASE?:cry::cry::cry:
