Prosecutors summoned G-Dragon for questioning on the night of February 4th regarding the controversy around his solo concert.

Update: G-Dragon's thoughts about concert actions

At the prosecutor's office, they revealed that they were investigating the controversy that resulted from G-Dragon's first solo concert.

He was summoned on the 4th of February and arrived at the prosecutor's office at 8:45 PM where he was question for an hour and returned home around 10PM.

The investigation was to determine if his performances on stage were done on purpose as planned by the company, or if he intended to imply a sexual scene.

Prosecutors were asked by The Ministry of Family Health and Welfare to investigate if G-Dragon's performance of a song deemed inappropriate for the youth violated the youth protection laws, or if his performance was associated with a sexual act that violated the public performance laws.

Fans and concert attendees have submitted a written petition defending G-Dragon's creativity as an artist and entertainer.

Yang HyunSuk said that he planned the performance to showcase the diversity to the fans, but if legal infractions were involved with the performance, then as CEO, Yang HyunSuk would humbly take all the blame.

The prosecutor attorney plans to end the investigation next week once all the considerations for legal violations are finalized.

Update

G-Dragon said that he did not know that his actions during the concert performance of "Breathe" were sexual. He has been secretly investigated by the prosecutors surrounding the controversy that arose from the concert.

In addition, G-Dragon said he did not know that "She's Gone" was a song that has been rated for a mature audience.

Prosecutors said, "G-Dragon denied that the performance he did was sexual. After we determine if G-Dragon's actions were purposefully sexual and chargeable by law, we will end all investigations."

G-Dragon had said that he had followed what Yang HyunSuk told him to do, because they wanted to show a new side of G-Dragon.

Even though I have nothing against GD, he still should have at least considered his actions before taking them. Being an artist in the hub of korean entertainment, he should be familiar with how strict they are when it comes to issues like these.

This is ridiculous. I was recently at the Big Bnag concert, Big Show and there was a violent scene that took place on the jumbo-tron with Seungri. I thought it was creative and added to the performance. I didnt see how it promoted violence at all. It is just a concert and people need to remember that G.D.'s concert was just that a performance for the people (his so called fans) where he can display and showcase his creativity and love of music. LEAVE HIM ALONE!!
